*All Biogenesis catalogues are separated by field and contain: technical product outline, compatible models, terminals, and codes. Every code identifies the type of sensor, compatible brand, the terminal (adult clip, pediatric clip, neonatal, adult silicon, or pediatric silicon), as well as the length of the cable.

3.- We will contact you immediately and provide all the requested information, as well as provide counseling in order to aid in the product selection process.

4.- After identifying the desired product, we will send via e-mail a pro-forma bill specifying the solicited product, time and delivery service.
*All of Biogenesis pro-forma bills contain: Biogenesis S.R.L. legal information, emission date, number of pro-forma bill, delivery address, billing address, delivery total weight, delivery net weight, number of packages, client number, payment method, delivery method, product code, product description, quantity of units, unit price, extension, delivery times, turnover subtotal, discount (if applicable), freight cost, insurance cost (if applicable), and revenue total.

Attention: in order to obtain a pro-forma bill it is necessary that you provide the exact and correct product code; our consultants may aid you in the product identification process, providing all necessary technical assistance. Once the merchandise in delivered, Biogenesis will not be held responsible for possible mistakes or regrets regarding the solicited code.

5.-  Once the pro-forma bill is received, you may carry on by performing the suitable payment, via a transfer to the Biogenesis account provided in the pro-forma bill by our consultant or via money transfer through Moneygram or Western Union.
6.- Once the totality of the pro-forma is accredited, we will send a voucher correspondent to the money transfer and from here the stipulated delivery period will start to be due.

7.- After the delivery period is due, you will receive via e-mail a guide Nº correspondent to the delivery in course and the merchandise will automatically depart to the delivery address established in the pro-forma bill.

Attention: It is important that you provide the complete data of the destination, previous to the reception of the pro-forma, in order to speed up the correspondent delivery once the delivery period is due.                                                                                                
Biogenesis will not be held responsible in case you make a mistake while providing a physical address and the merchandise departs to said destination. We recommend you verify attentively all the data established in the pro-forma previously.

8.- Once you receive your Biogenesis products, our Quality Control Department will contact you via e-mail or by phone for a final conformity report.

We remind you that all reusable Biogenesis products have a one year total warranty against manufacturing defects (it does not include possible mistreatments and misusage of the device).
It is essential that you be 100% sure about the solicited merchandise. We remind you that you are responsible for all the provided information; nevertheless, we compromise ourselves to counsel our clients in any technical, commercial or executive regards, before and after the purchase is made.

For samples and quantities inferior to 10 units, the delivery period will be considered as ASAP, 24 to 48 business hours (Saturdays, Sundays and festivities are not included). For orders with more than 10 units, the delivery period will be stipulated in the pro-forma bill and will have a 7-business-day validity, in case the purchase is not made in that period, Biogenesis will establish a new delivery period.
The delivery periods established do not include courier and customs times. Biogenesis will not be held responsible for delays in traffic; once the package leaves our installations the delivery period established in the pro-forma bill will be considered as due. All the delivery periods are subject to stock availability, Biogenesis is free to modify them with or without previous notice.

Means of Delivery
Earth, Air and Sea, according to what the client orders, whether the delivery is made via courier or a transportation company.

The Client is who is held responsible for his/her choice, courier times and costs.

Delivery Tracing
Biogenesis is compromised to provide the delivery’s guide number to the client, with which the client will be able to make a permanent tracing of the “merchandise in course”.

If the client were to solicit this service, Biogenesis compromises itself to counsel and accompany the tracing of the merchandise until it arrives to the country of destination, as well as providing all the pertinent information regarding local customs clearance.

Delivery Supplier
The delivery will be made by any of the following international courier companies: DHL, FEDEX, TNT, IBC or EMS.

The client is free to select a preferential courier for every international delivery.

Insurance
The client will decide upon insuring or not the “itinerant merchandise” and will also be whom pays the insurance costs.

Biogenesis will not be held responsible for claims or losses, accidents, or mistreatment of products or “itinerant merchandise”.
